Every student I see has different goals so the sessions will include a different combination of these elements:
strength training
mobility work
relaxation techniques through breath work and meditation
flexibility and self-massage with a foam roller or therapy ball
habit building techniques
explanation of how the body works to always understand why we are doing certain movements

Who am I and why should I be your movement coach?
My name is Georgine and I have been teaching movement classes since 2013. My journey started with daily yoga and then I got curious about building more strength which brought me to Barre in 2017. I wanted to learn more about strength training and in 2021 got my NASM personal training certification. When I started working more with students 1:1 I got more questions about pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia and working with old injuries and that led me to studying Physiotherapy Technology which I will be graduating May of 2025!
I have thousands of hours of teaching experience and have been teaching online since 2019 and have strategies so it feels like I'm there with you. I'm an expert in movement and curating sessions that work well for your body and what equipment you have access to.
